Warranty coverage
Warranty is normally provided by the manufacturer, authorised service provider or distributor and varies by model, serial number, region and order terms. Confirm the applicable coverage before purchase.
Dead on arrival claims
DOA windows can be short. Report suspected DOA items immediately with the invoice, serial number, packaging and clear fault evidence. Do not discard accessories or packaging until the claim is resolved.
Exclusions
Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, incompatible installation, consumables, data loss and damage caused by external power or environmental conditions may be excluded. The final decision remains subject to the applicable manufacturer or distributor process.
