Order review
Business technology items are often model-specific or special-order. Confirm SKU, specifications, compatibility, quantity and delivery terms before accepting a quotation or placing an order.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not automatically available after an order has been accepted, allocated, configured, licensed, shipped or ordered from a supplier. Any approved cancellation may be subject to supplier, payment, logistics and administrative charges.
Returns
Returns require prior written approval and may be restricted to unopened, resalable goods within an agreed period. Software, licences, activated products, configured equipment, consumables and special-order items are generally not returnable unless defective and covered by an applicable remedy.
