Delivery and collection
Delivery method, charges and timing depend on the item, quantity, destination, dimensions, insurance needs and confirmed stock location. Collection arrangements are only final after Bizgram confirms that the order is ready.
Lead times
Any lead time shown in a quotation is an estimate based on information available at that time. Distributor, manufacturer, customs, carrier or project delays can occur. Urgent requirements should be identified before order confirmation.
Inspection
Please inspect outer packaging and quantities at delivery. Visible damage or shortage should be recorded with the carrier and reported to Bizgram promptly with photographs and delivery documents.
